From icons to emoticons, animated or not, I accept any requests.

My prices:

FOR EMOTICONS:

A base for a simple emoticon based on a particular character, OC or otherwise, is 3 USD.

A set of 25 emoticons in total is 10 USD.

With added basic animation (blinking, crying etc), the price rises to 15 USD. More complicated animations will cost you a bit more. Can discuss about the price in private.
